KL Freeze part 3

Congratulations to all who attended the KL Freeze this afternoon which was held at the Pavilion. I’m sure everyone had a good time.

KL Freeze Part 2

Damn…. I can’t make it to the freeze… had to go outstation at the last minute…. so sad now….

Anyway, just wanted to wish everyone joining all the best. Have a blast and freeze a lil bit longer for me.

KL Freeze

A few mths ago i wrote about a group of ppl who gathered in Grand Central Station in New York and froze. (Grand Central Freeze). Guess what, I just found out that there are a group in KL who are actually doing something similar.

It is called the “KL Freeze in Unison” and is hosted by the group ” UNITED COLOURS of MALAYSIA -The 1+2 Campaign”.  The location has not been revealed yet but it will be happening this Sunday at 230pm somewhere in central KL. Grand Central Freeze

I just saw the coolest sceneorganised by a group who calls themselves “Improv Everywhere”. Basically their modus-operandi is to cause scenes of chaos and joy in public places. Created in August of 2001 by Charlie Todd, Improv Everywhere has executed over 70 missions involving thousands of undercover agents. The group is based in New York City.

Below is one of their latest scene where a group of nearly 200 ppl just froze in the middle of Grand Central Station. The scene was so bizarre to the people around there. I find it very cool and entertaining but I guess there might be some out there who would find it a nuisance. Anyway have a look at the video below and judge for yourself

I wonder if I could organise something similar in KL. Would I be arrested for public disturbance? If anyone wanna try something like this (maybe in KL Sentral), feel free to leave a message and lets see how we can arrange something. Maybe not this in particular but some of their other missions.
